Job Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiry calls/feedback calls
- Make closure through leads from various sources
- Coordination / Follow-ups with Clients
- MIS / Reporting
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Only Females, carrying 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Care
- Should have strong flair of Sales
- Should possess excellent communication skills
- Should have working knowledge of MS Excel
- Should possess excellent energy levels
