Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiry calls/feedback calls
  • Make closure through leads from various sources
  • Coordination / Follow-ups with Clients
  • MIS / Reporting

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Only Females, carrying 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Care
  • Should have strong flair of Sales
  • Should possess excellent communication skills
  • Should have working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Should possess excellent energy levels
